Catholic Women, We Are the Change!

Catholic women and their allies around the world are standing up for women's equality and dignity on International Women's Day on Sunday, March 8, 2020

Catholic women speak with many voices, but share the same vision. In as many places in the world as possible, there are pilgrimages to central church locations followed by worship services.

Join a local action in your city, or participate by creating one yourself!

Why?

Because nothing will change in our Church unless we move together in one voice.

Catholic women are taking responsibility for their future.

On this International Women’s Day let’s remember that WE ARE THE CHANGE!

Join together with other women around the world on International Women’s Day!

1. Catholic women and reform groups will gather outside their churches/cathedrals to send a message that equality in our Church must start now!

2. Bring candles as a symbol for the departure and the light we want to spread amid the darkness of the current Catholic Church, and to be light in the world.

3. Wear white and join together on Sunday 8th March.

4. If you want to learn more or share information about your witness, write to debrose@futurechurch.org.
